Material not downloaded from R/3

Hi

We are using SRM 4.0 and doing initial loading of the Material from R/3 using object MATERIAL in R3AS.

Found error in SMW01 for BDoc type PRODUCT_MAT.

Long text of the error is "Mat for Initial Download: Function table not supported" and "You are not authorised to create products. Msg No.COM_PRODUCT011".

sometimes this also error comes "Validation error occurred: Module COM_PRODUCT_MAT_VALIDATE, BDoc type PRODUCT_MAT"

But Product categories are replicated successfully from R/3 to SRM.

Can anyone tell me why this error occurs. Is it related to any middleware settings?

Please help me out.

Thanks for your response.

This issue was resolved. Reason was full authorizations was not maintained for SRM RFC user.

We have the same issue, but cannot find the correct role

to assign to SRM remote user, which roles did you assign.

Maintain SAP_ALL to RFC user in both SRM and Backend system. Ensure same roles are there in both systems for RFC user.
