Strange printing Problem

Hi Guys,

I have a strange problem regarding prints from our productive system. We have installed a new Xerox Workcenter Pro machine for our invoices etc. In our Test environment everything works fine. In the productive system we can't print the diameter sign (ALT + 216), it only prints the hash sign. Since we transported the printer driver from dev to prod, it has the exact same settings. When I try to print on another printer, it works. Can anyone help?

Hello,

This is because the character set for your production printer for the same output device might be different.
