Hi,

This error is usually connected to the email address being maintained for the user, check the address data in SU01.

I got this error, but nothing on TLS.

Try this,

I shall search for more..

Hi,

Could you provide the error message no in sost ,, i think it is XS816..

One note recommends to install the e-SMTP Plug-in, but that is solved as of SP 1 of 6.1.

check if you have provided the default domain in SCOT , maintained the address areas in SCOT, and scheduled the jobs. try running RSCONN01manually from se38.

Hi,

check out note 629966, and also note 1098108--

RFC 2487: SMTP Service Extension for Secure SMTP over TLS

ESMTP plugin does not support the Enhancement.

The affected versions are from 61 to 62,

So patch upgrade may be the best solution.

Hi Wenjr,

I am not sure about what is wrong... but check if you have done all the steps as described in the weblog...
