Problem in Runtime Workbench

Hi experts,

I have a problem.

I start SXMB_IFR and IE7 start and show me SAP NetWeaver SAP XI page 'http://sap2king.king-ict.corp:52200/rep/start/index.jsp'.

When I click on Runtime Workbench new tab with address 'http://sap2king.king-ict.corp:52200/rwb/index.jsp' is open and I get Error '_htmblMessageBar' is undefined

I have XI with patch 10 and IE with version 7.0.5730.11 on XP Windows.

Please help me because this is mandatory in check of XI.

Hi,

If IR and ID also does not open, then the probelm might be with J2EE version.

Otherwise, problem might be with IE7.

There are some known problems with IE 7.0. For this u should have XI SP 19. Try if IE 6.0 gives the same error.

check with the details of the XI version, and the Software component archives that you have deployed on the WebAS J2EE on XI.

BTW, are you able to open IR & ID also???

Check the JDK Version as 1.4.2_xx

Goto System information

In Local Machine

goto run command

there type java -version

Hi,

I have 1.4.2_16-b05 and thing this is ok.

Interesting is that this works on server where we have IE6 but on any others PCs on which is IE7 I get error.

According to this I thing that problem is in IE7.

As known by all, we have the Problems with IE 7

Better to use IE 6.0
