Sales office and sales groups description mass change

Can i know how to go abt changing the sales office and sales groups descriptions in bulk.

I have arnd 500 entries to change if done manually ! Is there any other way out?

Hi,

You can use the Transaction MASS where you give the table name and try updating the records.

Check if KNVV table option is available and you have to probably create a variant

T Code MASS wont work as this is to change the descriptions of sales offices and sales groups.

If i have to do manually i will have to get into SPRO and change accordingly.

So, how do we go abt?

Hi,

I think the best thing would be to use the Legacy System Migration Work bench . You can change the data . I have used this tool to change data for more than a few thousands.

Yeah. But im not sure whether we can include the changes done in the Revtrac? can u confirm?
