Hi all,
In our PLM system after applying support patch SAPK-40009INCPRXRPM of component CPRXRPM, release-400
we are getting some short dumps like CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND saying that OLR3_DMS_RFC_LOAD_OBJECT_LINKS function module can't found but this function module doesn't exist in the system.
plz help me in this regard.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Raja
Hi Raja,
are you actually using DMS (document management) integration on your
system? the error message appears to be caused by the fact that this
integration has been activated in cProjects customizing, but either the
customizing is faulty, or there is something missing in the R/3 backend
which you are using for DMS.
In case you do not wish to use DMS with cProjects, I would recommend
that you deactivate the relevant customizing.
In case you do wish to use DMS integration, please review the
customizing in accordance with the cProjects 4.0 Configuration Guide
(which you can obtain as an attachment to note 978997). Please pay
particular attention to the fact that the correct RFC destination has to
be entered in the customizing for object types. Even in case you are
running DMS on the same system, you will need to enter a destination
(e.g. NONE) which you have defined accordingly in your customizing for
RFC destinations.
In case all the customizing is correct, and the dump occurs
nevertheless, and if you are working with a release which is lower than
ERP 2005, it could be that you are missing the relevant plugin on your
R/3 backend system (the destination system which you have defined above
for DMS integration). I unfortunately do not know which R/3 release is
used in your backend system: in case it is 470 or ERP 2004, then you
need to install a plugin before you can use DMS integration. You can
check if the function OLR3_DMS_RFC_LOAD_OBJECT_LINKS is present in your
R/3 system. If it is not present, you have probably not installed the
plugin in that system. If so, you need to install the relevant R/3
Plug-In (e.g. for ERP 2004 this is PI 2004.1, SP01 or higher), which you
can get for free in the SAP Service Marketplace
(http://service.sap.com/).
Best regards,
Christoph
