Readiness check fails at phase SLDCHECK

Former Member

Hello All,

Ours is XI 3.0 env ..and I am talking about QA system XQ0 .

When I try to perform Readiness check on part of check list after restarting the system , in the step of SLDCHECK , it is throwing error at the phase of LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEM and subsequently it is not executing the steps of LCR_GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS , LCR_GET_OWN_BS_DETAILS .

And to confirm the rest things are working fine , I have performed following checks

i)When executed step SLDCHECK , webbrowser is getting opened for SLD and accessing with out any problems.

ii)Cache & CPACache refresh performed successfully .

iii) Messages executing successfully .

iv) Checked all the rfc connections (SAPSLDAPI, SAPLCRRFC, AI_RUNTIME* etc ) are working fine

Note # I have observed that user XIAPPLUSER is frequently getting locked .

Can any one share their views to fix this problem .

The sldcheck execution screen shot is given below for reference .

The problem is with one of ur RFC destinations. Check SAPSLDAPI and LCRSAPRFC in sm59 and Test Connection. Also make sure XIAPPLUSER is unlocked

Hello Prateek,

Thanks for the update .

1) I have tested all the connections relating to XI and all are working fine .

These ae the connections which I have tested .

i)SAPSLDAPI

ii) LCRSAPRFC

iii) AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER

iv)AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER

v) INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI

2) As I have informed earlier , user XIAPPLUSER is getting locked frequently even after unlocking the user .

Can you suggest me further what checks i need to do to fix this readiness problem and user getting locked frequently .

Best Regards

Hi Rakesh

Frequent locking of user XIAPPLUSER suggest that at some place or other the password specified is not correct.

Please check your password once.

Thanks

Have u receontly changed any system users password. If yes, then make sure u have followed SAP Note 721548. Otherwise try rechanging it.

Hello All,

Thanks for every one fixing the problem soon.

To fix this problem I have done below mentioned steps

1>As the user XIAPPLUSER is frequently getting locked , I went to transaction

SLDAPICUST (sld access to system) and changed the users passwords to standard (<sid>xiapp ),

then saved the changes .

2>Changed the password in Exchange profile too for user XIAPPLUSER .

3>Atlast again performed the step SLDCHECK which is success.

Best Regards
