About shipment cost settlement

Sir,

As said earlier in transportation, i have tried to configure a few steps in the shipment cost settlement,which is making me difficult to solve

1. automatic G/L account determination

Error: account 614000(debit) not created in chart of account INT

2. Cost element 614000 CO area G/L does not exist for 08.05.2008

Kindly go through this errors and give me a favorable and valuble solutions.

I think that u have not created GL account determination for chart of accounts INT.Check that point

HI Supraja B,

1) Goto FSP0 - enter G/L account and chart of accounts.

check whether this G/L account exist in chart of accounts or not.

If not,

Create G/L account in Chart of accounts. ( by copying other relevant G/L account).

Goto FS00- check whether it exist inur comp code specified- if not create it.

2) goto OKB9-

select the comp code , double click - Maintain G/l account & cost center .

This is an integration point in settling the shipment cost. Contact your FICO consultants and ask them to create the G/L accounts needed for posting of values.
