Middleware problems when Starting Initial Load of objects

Hi!

I am having problems when using R3AS and trying to run the Initial Load of objects dnl_cust_basis3, dnl_cust_prod1 and dnl_cust_prod0. When I run the load I get a sysfail in SMQ1. When I look in the backend the system has created a dump which states "No external system (such as CRM) connected". Therefor it looks as if the connection from SRM to backend is working but not from backend to SRM.

Following has been maintained:

SMOEAC is maintained in SRM system

Table SMOFPARSFA maintained in SRM system

Tables CRMRFCPAR, CRMCONSUM, CRMSUBTAB maintained in backend system

RFC destination configured and working both ways using a system user with SAP_NEW and SAP_ALL

Does anyone have a clue what could be the problem?

Sincerely

Anders Öhrling

Hi,

please check if table CRMRFCPAR in R/3 is updated, to include the RFC destination of the SRM system for object DNL_CUST_PROD1.

Please check the settings according to note 720819 and 510192.

I hope that i could help.

Regards,

Georg

Thanks for your quick answer!

CRMRFCPAR in R/3 is updated, to include the RFC destination of the SRM system for object *

RFC destinations has been tested in SM59 so they should work.

Any other tips?

Hi,

please check if ALL the settings of note 720819 are mantained.

The error message you are facing indicates that some customizing settings are not done correctly.

Thanks!

The program BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW had not run properley. After that it worked.
