400 session timed out error in integrated ITS

Hi,

I am getting the error 400 session timed out - please log in again error while testing an ESS service in integrated ITS.

The details are as follows:

Error: -11

Version: 7000

Component: ICM

Date/Time: Wed May 7 23:10:18 2008

Module: icxxthr_mt.c

Line: 1705

Server: XXXXXXXX

Error Tag: {-}

Detail: Session does not exist

I am testing the services through SICF tcode. Rest all services are working fine except this one.

Any valuable suggestion would be rewarded.

Hello Soumya,

if an ITS session is terminated, there are several reasons for it:

1. the user aborted the session

2. the session timed out

3. a template error

4. false URL used

I have to ask: You start the service directly from SICF ("Test service") and get the error message? In that case 1.) and 2.) can be eliminated from the list of potential canditates. So 3.) and 4.) are left.

Since ESS is not supported anymore for newer releases of the integrated ITS it might happen that there is a template error. Please have a look at the traces of the Webgui (SM50).

Helpful might also be an HTTP trace to check if there is a hidden request for a frame of iframe that uses a false URL.

Hi,

did you publish this service? Did you examine the contents

of the trace files?
