Solved: sales order amendments.

Dear all,

My client product is powergeneration products....

Once order palced by customer,it may have 3-4 months scheduling date..

In between 3-4 months...huge amendments will happens....

They need to capture all amendments with dates and price variations etc....

if i change sales order it should effect Workorder automatically .....

Hoe can i solve this task...my doubt is is it any link with ECO....

it's very urjent issue ...

Dear Friend,

This is not a standard requirement as per SAP.

So yo

u need to find out , there will be User exits for VA01 & Va02.

Unfortunately I do not have them. But if you search with Tcode CMOD you will surely get it.

Sit with your ABAPER and configure a Ztable where you can store the data and depending upon the changes that can be monitored from that table.

Thus at the time of creation of Invoice you reference the feilds from the Ztable and you can link the changes in the order for 2-3 months.

you can then use the SMARTFORMS in the Billing output to capture the change data and to be printed along with the invoice.

Hello,

The document changes will be stored in tables CDHDR and CDPOS. Isn't it possible to capture from these tables?

The changes made in Sales Order can be checked in Change mode VA02, goto Environment & check on Changes made.
