Hi Team,

We are receiving the error :Error :Operating system call SO_ERROR failed (error no 239) since past 3 days at the same time 21:06:40.

I have checked the system log and background process trace file..

Hi. Your server tryes to connect OSS on sapserv5 (194.39.138.2) , but o nsome reason do not connect it. Check the programm "lgtst" are exist under

/usr/sap/[SID]/SYS/exe/run/ . Also in this case, the system was unable to reach the SAPRouter, i.e., under Service 99 (Port 3299) no SAPRouter can be reached on the host with the IP address 10.1.25.128 The SAPRouter process is not running, or the IP address is configured incorrectly in OSS1. Check your saprouter to. As i can see you do not award helpful answers in this SAP community, it's your trouble. Regards.

Hi. I'm think better for you go to http://service.sap.com/saprouter and download documentation for him. I don't know platform on which you install SAPROUTER , in any case you can check it processes on OS. On widows in task manager ( or services if you install it like service) or command like "ps - ef | grep saprouter" on UNIX. Usualy the saprouter are under usr/sap/saprouter. Regards.
