cancelling a inspection lot automatically

dear Guru

when i create a delivery an inspection lot is created and a ud is done.

when i reverse the delivery the system first asks me to cancel the lot and only after that the delivery is reversed.

I want the cancellation of the lot to take place automatically as soon as i do the reverse delivery.

kindly suggest me how this can be done. Also suggest me if there are any standard BAPI or user exits to do the same.

Nothing standard that I'm aware of.

You might be able to use a user exit from do do this. But it would be a user exit tied to the reversal so you should ask an MM person what user exits would be best. It should be one that is done just before the actual posting is performed.
