Text edit controls Overlapping with Approval preview applet window

Hi,

In Shop wizard, When i click on Approval preview, the text box for "Notes for Approval" is overlapping with java applet window.

Due to this, Add approver button is almost like hidden..its being covered by Notes for apporval text box.

Simillary its happening in BBPSC01 tcode also.

how do we control this window/textbox overlapping? Is it something todo with ITS templates?

I searched SAP notes,couldn't find one.

Appreicate your inputs.

Hi Krishna,

You have to upgrade tin your kernel packs. Also there are few OSS notes to resolve this BUG

I tried searching for oss notes..but couldn't get correct ones..probably i should use right search string..i tried with text control box, overlapping etc ..but didn't get any notes..

Hi,

See if the foll notes are useful:

Note 860012 - Click on applet link, approval note disappears.

Note 1093840 - Approval preview in Java Applet and Table view differs

But since you are already on SRM_SERVER 550 0011 SAPKIBKT11 SRM_SERVER i guess these notes should be there on your system.Also raise an OSS message to get some insights if this is a system bug.
