Hi ,
We are using SRM 5.0 Extended Classic Scenario, with ECC 6.0 Backend.
We use the Budget Check functionality with Regard to Internal orders ,Budget.
In the Production System when a Shopping cart is created using a Template the budget check is not showing proper Result. This is nothappening for all the Shopping carts created using template but so far3 shopping carts have the wrong Budget check Message" No Budgetinformation Exists". Where as there is Budget associated with this Internal order in the backend R/3 System.
Does any of you has any clue please?
Thanks and Regards,
Sudhakar
Hello,
Please apply the following notes and double-check if all manual
steps were proceeded:

752983

For more information:
The cost center budget display is handled slightly different to the
other CO objects. The reason is that cost centers do in general not
carry a budget. Therefore a workaround is offered to assign a budget to
a statistical order which is assigned to the cost center via CO
substitution. This bases on CO standard functionality and not on SRM
restrictions. Please also check the following notes for more background:

68366
In note 520717 it is also mentioned that if you do not want to use the
availablility control you can use a Badi to maintain customer defined
rules additionally (optional).
Check note 68366
I hope this will help.
Thanks and regards,
Gaurav
