com.sap.mdm.tech.mdm4j.sda

com.sap.mdm.tech.connector.sda

and

com.sap.pct.mdm.appl.masteriviews.par

com.sap.pct.mdm.tech.system.par

com.sap.pct.mdm.tech.wizards.par

where are these files.do these files come inbuilt with sp12 or part of a business package we have to buy.

Could you specify where exactly you downloaded the files.

http://service.sap.com/swdc -> Downloads -> Installations and Upgrades -> Entry by Application Group -> SAP NetWeaver -> SAP MDM -> SAP MDM 5.5

Then click on the download link and then select the Downloads tab. The files are located in the zip file.

I've just downloaded MDM SP3 from the marketplace and all those files you mention are bundled there. Perhaps you should go there and get them.
