Error connection with a database in remote node

When I try to start a dialog instance does not detect that the database is in a remote server is booted:

Database PAP must be started on remote server"

The output of R3trans -x is:

The output of trans.log is:

Can anybody help me to solve this problem?

Check if the parameters ORACLE_HOME, NLS_LANG & ORA_NLSxx are set properly for sidadm.

The problem was that sidadm was not the owner of ORA_NLS.

Now I have another problem: when running startsap not boot disp + work.

Can you post the logs? dev_ms, dev_disp, dev_w0
