Iam working for Retail Client

Iam unable to get some words naming convensions in this retail

Can any one give with real day to day example

Q1) What is Batch

Q2) What is Old Bach & Old batch MRP

Q3) What is Grosarry items in Retail

Q4) What is Child codes

Q5) What is Internal ID
