stock posting for a lot

Scenario is that

After recording of results for an insp lot(In process insp type 03),How can i post the material to scrap or block stock(Rework area) if it is not meeting the specs.as insp. lot stck tab is not appearing in the UD screen of that type of lot.

inspection type 03 is non stock relevant .By inspection type 03 you can do inprocesss qty. confirmation. For stock posting you have to use inspection type 04

in the header data screen of routing assign suitable inspection point under the tab" parameter for dynamic modificaion /inspection point"

Hi ,

Take help of PP consultant he will assign a triger point which will automatically generate rework order. for the qty.

When u assign a inspection point to the routing then ahter reslult recording when you save the result a screen get displayed asking for qty confirmation.
