Document flow

Hi,

I need clarification on document flow for following scenario.

we had created a outbound delivery w/o order reference using VL01NO Ex:123

receiving plant did GR for this 123 and system had generated GR doc no:556.

now user realized that he had wrongly sent this stock to other site and asking for riversal for this OBD.

first i did riversal of GR document since against this OBD user had completed GR.

WHEN I WENT TO DOCUMENT FLOW OF OBD NO:123 system is not showing riversed GR document. why this riversed document is not displaying in this flow??

Hi,

Still i am not clear. U have created OUT BOUND delivery. Ok, but user created GR for this delivery. That means this delivery is like STPO referenced delivery. But u did not do GI for this delivery. Only GR happend then again GR reversal happend . Then i think it will not show any up date in doc flow for this delivery..

But u can see that reversal update in STPO document..

Hi,

As per you query, u have created outbound delivery..So for outbound delivery u can only create goods issue but not good reciept. that is the reason it is not showing any update in documetn flow..

U do one thing, Please do goods issue for that delivery then do goods reciept from recieving plant. then do reversal of goods recipt from recieving plan then do goods issue reversal for that delivery..

Then check the doc flow..

Hi,

For this deli,,user did GR i had riverrsed this GR only.but this riversal document is not appearing in this doc flow.
