how system picks up pricing while doing billing

Hi friends this is shyam, can anybody please tell me how system picks up pricing while doing billing ?

Hi shyam,

System picks pricing in billing in same way in sales documents(s orgndist chdivdoc ppcust pp+pricing pro).

If u mentioned in copy control pricing feild "carry out new pricing" then system will pick with combination of document pricing procedure(which is mentioned in billing document)in the combination of sales area and customer pricing procedure.

Hi Shyam,

In Billing generally system copies the pricing from sales order. This is controlled by the copy controls from delivery to billing at item level we have a field : Price Source, here we generally maintains E value which specifies as Delivery/Order. It means that system should copy the pricing from Sales Order or Delivery. In delivery we do not maintain pricing, choice goes to Sales Order.

Dear Shyam, price relevant data is the header level data that applies to entire document.

pricing procedure is determoned at the sales order and copied into delivery and billing so on..

I see that u never reward points for the satisfied answers try to encourage the guys by giving reward points as thay are spending some time to answer ..
