Hi friends this is shyam, can anybody please tell me in CMR –general data tab – control data, bank key or some other fields are there . who will fill those particular fields ?

These fields are filled by company employees referred to as 'Users'.
For example, accounting data is filled up by an user in accounting section, sales data is filled up user in sales dept etc.
