Language supplementation on SRM 4.0

Hi,

We are currently running SRM 4.00 with ECC 5.0 as backend. Our backend

system have Japanse (JA) and Chinese (ZH) supplemented to English. Now

we want to start using SRM in Japan & China. Is a supplementation

possible in SRM ? Meaning can we supplement Japanese and Chinese to

English in SRM ? Currently we do not have JA & ZH language installed on

our SRM solution. What will all this require ?

Is it Unicode system ?

If it is not Unicode system what is the code page in the current system ?

If your backbend works fine, it is same for SRM.

No it is not a unicode system.

I will have our basic people, check which code page we are running.

Hi,

It is not possible to handle Japanese and Chinese in code page 1100. Please ask your basis how Japanese and Chinese are handled in your current ECC.
