How to know a finished project

Hi,

can anybody know if project's already finished(closed)?

how to change status to finished/closed?

hi,

to close a project follow the steps in the sequetial manner:

1. CRTD (Planning Phase)

2. REL (Excecution Phase)

3. TECO (Technically close) after this status only final settlement can be done.

After final settlement go to step 4

4. CLSD (Project Closed)

Do you know which transation provide a project list where I can see status of each project?

Hi,

1. Go to Tcode: CN42N,

run this report for all the Projects in question or a range of project.

2. After excecuting the report select layout and change layout and from the layout section on the left select "Status"

And execute this report.

3. Now you know the status of all the project. This is a complete list of the all the Project you have selected.

go CN42N and input range of projects for which u would like to check the status.

Then go "settings->Layout->Change" select Status field.

Where ever status is CLSD, all those projects are closed.

By using filter u can display only closed projects from list.
