Transfer of Inventory GLs to CWIP GL

Hi all,

I want to " Transfer of Inventory GL to CWIP GL" Is there any standard way in SAP.

As of now we have a cost on project we want to settle it to cwip GL .I am trying to do it by applying settlement rule to wbs element and then executing the cj88 but .After executing cj88 i am gettign error "There are no accrued amounts; settlement is not possible"

what is missing..

Hello,

1. Either remove the result analysis key from the WBS and then settle

2. or else change the system status to TECO and then run the settlement.

Hi Hemant,

Thanks for valuable inputs.

i change the wbs status to TECO and run the settlement. it was done successfully.

I am not able to remove the RA key as it is grayed out.

Hi,

There could be problem in settlement configuration. Please check the following details of settlement Configuration.

1. Settlement Rule: Creation of proper settlement rule & assignment of the same to WBSE meant for settlement

2. Allocation Structure / Source structure :

Assignment of proper cost elements to theis

3. Settlement cost elements

4. Receiver object of cost from Projects.
