Central transport directory

As I have ERP,BW & PI in my system landscape I want to set up Central transport directory .I would appreciate any guide

I have ERP,BW & PI in my system landscape I want to set up Central transport directory

you mean to say common transport directory for ERP DEV,QAS,PRD

common transport directory for BW/PI DEV,QAS,PRD

or all in one? why? there is no transport between ERP and BW and PI

Which is best method ..is it possible to put everything all -in -one.

ERP ( dev,qty & prd)

Bw (dev&prd)

PI (dev&prd)

Solman

Suggest me the best central transport directory method to this set up.

Hi,

Its always better to have Central Transport Directory per System Landscape,ie you should have separate Transport directory for your ERP,BW,PI..etc systems.Central Transport Directory should be configured on the most available system in the landscape and should be NFS mounted to other systems.
