Production version in material master

Hi,

I am creating a CIF model for transferring a PPM. I understand that I have to maintain production version in MRP4 tab of my material for which I transfer. I created a BOM and routing and assigned to the version. But the status check in the Planning data and Bill of material tab are still yellow. May be because of that the system is not picking up the PPM in integration model in CFM1.

Can some one help me with finding out the reasons why the status is still yellow in planning version?

Solved! I created the production version first and then created the routing and BOM. When I deleted and recreated, it is now green. May be I should do them in order.

The order should not matter, in fact the routing and BoM should exist first prior to the check. It may be that the validity dates of your Production Version differ from the validity dates on the routing or BoM and when you recreated the PV the dates then matched.
