while accessing the bex iview though BI to portal it diplaying this error

can any one help me out of this when BI consulten trying to access the bex iview it is bellow giving message i'm new to sap ep admin.

Did you see "Error while reading aliases" ?

Check that the BI system alias is correct.

In the portal system landscape... look for the BI system and the look into the aliases tab. Also in the iview properties check that the alias is the same as the one on the BI system
