Transport to other NetWeaver... import phase....

Hi,

Following my "Transport to other NetWeaver" thread (thanks again Jorge), I'm now, as expected, trying to import the "Transport Order" into my new NetWeaver.

I got the two files :

K900012.N4S

R900012.N4S

out of the old NW (NetWeaver).

Then I created a new NW (still using "SAP NetWeaver 70 - Java and ABAP VMware Trial").

I copied the files into the /usr/sap/trans/cofiles and /usr/sap/trans/data.

Then I went into STMS, I created a new Virtual System named SHR (the name I used when creating the Virtual System in the old NW).

Then I click on Import overview and see this :

So, as usual... what should I do ? How can I import my transport order back into my new SAP NetWeaver ?

- delete the virtual system

- open the queue of your actual system (doubleclick on it)

- use the menu: Extras --> Other request --> Add

- give the number of the transport (N4SK900012)

- import

Thanks a lot, this seems to be working. Unfortunatly, my NW has got unstable, I'm reinstanlling and I'll finish my tests, I'll let you know how it gies.

Thanks. I confirm it works.

Now I'm able to develop, export and import back into another NW (because my VMWare NW seems slightly unstable...).
