Default configuration for the Action Box missing in current Client.

In SPRO->Plant maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and

Service Processing -> Maintenance and Service Notifications ->

Notification Processing -> Additional Functions -> Define Action Box

There are missing standard functions. During the investigation on how

to fix this all we find are comments such as "The data ... is located

in client 000 of the standard system, and must be copied into the

current clients". Is there a standard program for accomplishing this

for the define action box? If so, I have yet to find it. Please direct

us to the standard program that can copy these standard configuration

entries into our client.

Jeff,

Under QM config, check out "Setting Up Clients".

Under that is "Transfer QM Standard Settings for the Q-Notification" Same as transaction QCCM.

This might transfer the modules. Be careful as this might change settings you already have.

If you know the modules name, (which is in the documentation you cited), you should be able to have your BASIS guy create a transport for them from your 000 client. It is not normally a QM function.
