HR Org replication - Employee addresses

Hi,

We are working on SRM 5.0(Sp11) Standalone scenario.We are in the process of carrying out the HR or replication from the R/3(4.6c) system to SRM.

We will be replicating the foll objects from R/3:

Organizational units

Positions

Employees

Now for the Employees,the address is not to be picked up from the employee master as these addresses will be the employee home addresses and have to be kept confidential.

I have 2 queries regarding this:

1.Which filter do I need to put before the replication so that the employee address is not brought over to SRM?

2.If the employee addresses are not replicated ,then will there be any serious issues in the creation of the Business partners or Contact persons ?

Any input will be highly appreciated and rewarded wth points!!!

You can implement this badi HRALE00OUTBOUND_IDOC and set dummy addresses. Or put a filter at the model view for the infotype 0006
