Activity qty should not change !!

Hi Experts,

In CJ20N we created External Activity, after which PR is automaticall generated,after that PO is partially created.

Now the scenario is...

When i come to External Activity & change the Activity Qty it allows me to do so.

Example.

PR : created for 100 hrs

PR released

Then PO created for 30 hrs and released the same

Then we changed and reduced the hrs of the same PR from 100 to 20

It allows doing and never gives an error since a PO has been already released for 30 hrs

Can someone through light on this how to stop person from not changing the Activity qty once it is saved.

Hi Raj,

I think, a validation rule should be the right one to make such additional check.

See 'Maintain Validations' under Operative Structures -> Network.
