Hi,

In the calibartion order how is teh inspection lots get generated?

hi

there are 2 ways

if you have assigned the inspection type to the maintenance order then as soon as you release the order system will create an inspection lot

if you assign the inspection point to the task list and assign to the maintenance plan ,then while scheduling system will generate the call object as well as inspection lot

But we need to assign in the config right assign inspection type 14 to order type.

Please explain the 2nd process.

hi

yes you have to assign the inspection type 14 to the order type in IMG activity

other process

Create a task list with inspection point 300 and assign the suitable inspection characteristic

Assign this task list to the maintenance plan

Schedule the maintenance plan

if your current value has reached the planned value then system will create an maintenance order which in turn create the inspection lot
