Backdated Outbound Delivery

Hi Gurus

I have chked financial period is open, also confirmed with FICO Consultant

Now I would like to do PGI in the month of Feb/March. 2007. How do I go ahead because still I am getting the same year.

Sales Doc Information This is old Order

PO Date 17.11.2007

Delivery Date 30.03.2008

Pricing Date 30.03.2008

While creating outbound Delivery I am getting the following error

Selection date 30.03.2008 while creating outbound delivery

"No delivery-relevant items in order SPR071227S, order type OR25

Message no. VL455

Diagnosis

The sales order you want to deliver, sales order SPR071227S with order type OR25, either contains no delivery-relevant items or its delivery-relevant items have already been delivered."

But if I enter the current date 05.05.2008 then system will generate Delivery Doc no.

If I want backdated Delivery can it is possible, if yes please let me know...

Hi

Your financia; periods may be opened but have you checked you MM Periods.

Goto trnsaction MMRV and check the current period for your company code.

I have chked MM Period

Current period 02 2008

Previous period 01 2008

Last period in prev.year 12 2007

Also "Allow posting to prev year" is clicked

Is that Material is link with project, the reason behind is I have enter WBS in A/C assignment and then only he is scheduling is happening.

Any other help

Hi

goto img-sales and distribution-basic function-delivery scheduling and transportation scheduling-define scheduling by sales document type AND select sales document type and remove "X" in del.scheduling.

Hi,

If the materil is WBS account assigned then that material is only for Project specific and you cant use this materil for SD..

That is the reason is showing no delivery relevent items..

Check the material availability on date 30.03.2008.
