Hi Experts,
I have done an R/3-XI-MDM scenario for CREMDM.It was working fine till recent. But now its not working, as in the Idocs are gettign posted since i am getting a green signal but its not reaching XI. The entries are not there in SXMB_MONI nor in IDX5.
I have not done any changes in the scenario so i dont know the reason why it suddenly stopped working.
I have checked SM59,WE20,WE21,SM58,BD87,SMQ1,SMQ2.Evrything is fine.
Thanks in advance.
Shweta.
Yes the IDoc status is 03.

If entries exist in SM58, look for Message Type. If message type exist and Run the Program "RSARFCEX"
If after the RSARFCEX program has ran and IDocs are not in SM58, issue should be solved. Validate in receiving system via WE05 that the IDoc was received. If IDoc is still stuck in SM58, check RFC connection. Go to SE37, enter function module RFC_PING.
Note: In most of the case we'll not have access to SM59 to test the RFC Connection.
Hit test button, Enter RFC destination (the interface system of the IDoc). NOTE: when entering RFC destination, keep in mind the field is case sensitive.
Hit execute button
If function module fails, there is an RFC issue. Contact team, which creates the RFC Destination.

Experts,
The Idocs are posted from R/3 using transaction MDM_CLNT_EXTR.

Hi Shweta,
I think the definition of your IDoc has changed.
Try and check the meta data at IDX2. if needed reimport the IDoc in XI and test again.
Also check the content at IDX1 transaction.
Thanks,
Varun

Hi,
Check once again the following in R3:
1) SM59 should point to proper Xi system check the test connection.
2) Check the port.
3) Check the XI client to which it is going to using SALE tcode.
4) Let me know the status of IDOC in WE02 tcode.
On Xi side
1) Check the metadata is loaded properly using IDX2 tcode.
2) Check the configuration once again.

Hi,
please check the (IDoc) port in R/3 to XI and the corresponding RFC connection. Maybe it's not working properly (user locked, ..).
