error while release the budget

Hi ,

We are carryforward the budget from 2007 to 2008.

by using the TCODE:

CJCF & CJCO

Now we try to release the budget for year 2008 it gives error message

"item WBS element INFORMATION SYSTEM budget exceeded

the document item WBS element INFORMATION SYSEM BUGDET for fiscal year 2008 was exceeded by 211 234.43 INR"

PLEASE guide me for this

Hi,

Please check the commitment on WBS element INFORMATION SYSEM BUGDET for fiscal year 2008 in S_ALR_87013533 report.

It seems that commitment is existing on that WBS element.

You have to release the budget greater than this commitment.

Please try to "Reconstruct availability control" via T.Code CJBN, and follow the procedure which you were following by CJCF and then CJCO.

If it does not help then:

Please let me know what transaction groups you have mentioend in

"Budget tolerance Limits" whats the usage % Is mentioned for them.

still issue is there

Trtransaction groups --> ++ ALL ACTIVITY GROUP

I think the Budget is less than the assigned values. Check the assigned value in CJ31 and make sure ur budget is more than assigned value.

Maybe the owerall buget is lower than the budget for 2008.
