Hi,

Please follow these steps:

1 . Create the cost element groups in T. code: KAH1 (FICO can help you with that) e.g. Cost and Revenue.

2. Create a planning profile in T.code: OPSB and assigne these groups in the detailed plannng area

I believe you have checked the plannning element in OPSB as well.

Mention the time frame e.g Past as 3 years and Future 5 years.

Check mark the total values and annual values as well.

Mention the cost element for the revenue element for billing plan as well.

3. Maintain this Planning profile in OPSA in controlling tab.

4. Set the planning opertive indicator to the WBS Elements.

Hope it helps.

Revert back if any other issue is cropping up.

Reward points if found useful.

thanks!
