cancellation option for JEX proforma invoice

Hi all,

I'm trying to cancel JEX proforma invoice. Can anyone suggest how to go about it.

HI,

JEX is the performa invoice , this should be 'COMPLETED' and can not be cancelled.

Go to VF02 - enter the document - goto 'billing document' from the list and 'complete' . You can see the status from document flow as well as table- VBRK - FKSTO = 'X' is updated.

If you want to cancel an invoice(proforma invoice too) the invoice type should have the cancellation document type entered in the properties of the invoice type.

i.e. JEX document type should have the cancellation document type entered in its properties (tcode VOFA) in the "cancellation" area of the billing type.

If this is done, you can cancel it in VF11 by giving the document type.
