Disaster Recovery setup - NW2004s on Sql Server

We need to deliver a DR solution for each of our NW 2004s systems ( BI , PI , ECC etc. ). The platform is Windows and MSSQL Server and all prod. systems are using MSCS. There are lots of articles and SAP help links, but most of them only discuss the database piece, or how to use brrecover to recover on the same server.

There is precious little information on the application piece ( how would java start on DR box even though it is a different host name ). What are the best practices for each application ( how should XI be installed on DR server etc. ).

Does any one have a document that explains these best practices from an application perspective? ( similar system copy manual for netweaver etc. )

Thanks,

Sanket

My experience in MSCS and MSQL is not good, if you have a big problem, SAP can say you that the problem is in the MSCS and take a backup directly.
