Converting Location(vendor) to Business Partner

Hi,

We are implementing APO and major master data will be transfered using CIF from R/3 system to APO. For ICH(SNC) we need to create business partners from vendor master created in SNP. Is there any standard tool/program to convert vendors to business partner for master data requirement in ICH(SNC).

Thanks for your input but it is not I am looking for.

We have Vendor master in SCM system which is migrated using CIF. We require to create Business Partners(Tcode: BP) for SNC master data as it is not using vendor master. BP master data is same as vendor master but it must be created as BP for SNC and vendor is created as BP organisation.

Option you provided is converting one location type to other which is not I am looking for.

am not sure if business partner is a part of the location types this can be converted to
