Transport Management System - Workflow enabled

HI,

I have configured the TMS system in workflow fashion. When i create a transport proposal and try to import usng the workflow inbox, it prompts for a user name and password. The customer requirement is that it hsould not ask for a user id and password. I tried looking at various options, but no help. Has anyone got any clue?

Check if the TMSADM user is locked.

Reset User TMSADM to the default, or if the configuration of this user was damaged, then:

Procedure

Log on to the SAP System in which you want to reset user TMSADM.

Enter Transaction STMS.

Choose Overview -> Systems. The system overview appears.

Choose Extras -> Reset user TMSADM.

Result

The CPIC user TMSADM is regenerated with the default authorizations.
