Multiple Formats of output document

Hi Gurus,

Here is my business scenario.

When i am creating output document for my quotation document i should have an option to select which kind of format i want see in output document.

I dont need printout of output document in same format.

Hi Anil,

If you want to use different formats for your Quotation Output. Then You can have different output types for each format.

Like AN00 - for Format 1

AN01 - for Format 2

AN02 - For Format 3 etc.

You can tell the ABAPER (Technical consultant), how the format of each output should be, then he can change the Layout for each according to your spec.

And you can assign these output types to your quotation, and you can see print prievew and print the output in different formats.

Hi anil

For your requirement first of all copy the quotation output type into three different output types (say ZN00,ZN01,ZN02)

quotation output types - ZN00,ZN01,ZN02

Now keep the ZN00 output type as the same quotation output only.so the format will be different

Now for ZN01 output type assign a smart from (say zforms1)

Now for ZN02 output type assign a smart from (say zforms2)

So the output format will be different for all these there output types ZN00,ZN01,ZN02
