Table EDPAR

Hi,

Its regarding maintaining entries in table EDPAR. We can determine internal partner number based on the external partner number which customer will send us while placing the order.

Our scenario is :

For Sold to party 1001

External Partner number ship to ABC1

Internal Partner number ship to 1002

so whenever sold to 1001 place an order and sends ABC1 as ship to we need to insert 1002 as ship to into sales order.

My doubt is while maintaining entries in table EDPAR what we need to enter in the column "EXT Partner function". it need to be the SP or SH in my scenario .

Request you guys to guide me on this

Make it SH -

Customer - Part.funct - External partner Internal partner

1001 SH ABC1 1002

This is how I have been using in all my projects done so far and there ahve been no issues (4.0B - ECC 6)
