How to delete SPAM error queue and package

Dears:

I am doing SPAM\SAINT update. I logon sap with account DDIC.But there is error during my update. Now the SPAM status show the red night.When i click the Display/define button in SPAM, it show me the error queue, but i can't find any delete button can delete it.

On the other hand, I display All support package, there is the error package there, also i can't find any delete button can delete them, if anyone knows how to delete them?

Hi,

Login on client 000 with copy of sap* user.

Use t-code SPAM

Click on extra and click on reset queue status.

It will reset your define queue.

Thanks for your informaction, but my problem is when i Click on the buttom Display/Define, a window appers with the components , but i can't click any delete queue icon. Because there is no any delete button i can find.

Hi Pan,

as I understand you make an SPAM Update. Please logon on client 000 as another user as ddic. The user shall have sap_all rights. Then import SAPM/SAINT again.

Please note, that you never use ddic or sap* to import any SAPM/SAINT Updates or SPs

try the following

1) Transaction code: SPAM

2) Click on the buttom Display/Define, a window appers with the components

3) Select the component that you want to delete and click the delete queue icon.
