Hi

It is because the number range is assigned as internal assignment and when you create it, it will automatically assign the next number.

Thanks,

Right. But where can I see which number range is assigned to contacts. For example, if I go to XDN1, I can see the number ranges.

When I go to SNUM and look at interval for "BCONTACT", I see the message "Number range object has no intervals".

Thanks for your help,

Swapna

Thanks Ravi.

When I look at the number range for the contact, it seems that no range has been maintained. But when I create a new contact, a numer is assigned to the contact person. Can anyone give me more details? Thanks.
