Transaction: SOAMANAGER - Open Web Service navigator for selected binding

Hi all,

i want to test my service in transaction soamanager.

If i click on the "Open Web Service navigator for selected binding" link the following error occured:

403 Forbidden

You are not authorized to view the requested resource.

Details: No details available

I get the same error with SAP_ALL authorization.

What do i have to configure?
