pricing error; ''Condition record exists, but has not been set''

hello friends

we created the order (credit memo req), refer to this created the credit memo.

in the order one line item and only 2 condition records

base price and tax (MWST)

in the order both conditions are coming and in the invoice it is not showing the condition (mwst) and in the Analysis it is showing as ''Condition record exists, but has not been set''

what would be the reason?

Hi

You should use the price type D(Copy Pricing elements unchanged), since they should not be redetermined and simply should copy what is determined in the credit memo request.

Hi,

if both the condition types are showing in the order then you need to update pricing in billing because sometimes when u chnage any condtion value for base price after creation of order then system is not able to find valid condition record at billing document level.

condition category for MWST is ''D''

price type in copy control is ''C'' , but with the same settings user is able to get the condition for other invoices.

Please check the validity period of the condition record (for which you got the error)in VK12. Make sure the validity of the condition record matches with the Pricing date. if it doesnt macth, then change the pricing date to accomadate the validity period of this condition record (VA02). Then update pricing in your credit memo and check.

the condition is with in the validity period only,

yes if i click on update the condition, even user also agreed with that, but they are not happy to click update every time right.

user like to know why this kind of error is coming
