Hello Everyone,

There are two types of meter readings Valid and Invalid. plz. tell me what's the reason of Invalid Meter Reading ?

Hi,

basically you got some relevant information in your previous thread/question:

The reason for an invalid meter reading is that in fact not each meter reading can be plausible/valid. There are various reasons why a meter reading can be implausible/invalid:

the meter reading device is not working properly or the customer sends a wrong meter reading result to the utility company or there was an input error when entering the meter reading result... In this cases there have to be a system check that will check each meter reading whether it can be valid or not. If a meter reading fails it gets implausible automatically and has to be released by utility employee.
