GR cancellation-urgent

Hi,

when i am cancelling GR doc system is showimg error message of" Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use 110 EA : 500003688 MH01 0001"

when i check the stock for this particular posting date system is showing required quantity of stock is already available.

how to cancel this doc???

why system is showing error message of deficit??

Hi,

The other way to reverse a particular GR can be done thru' the

T-Code MBST. You jsut type the GR No. and the year and do the reversal.

Hi,

you can cancel GR only after reversal of stock from un restricted use to quality. once the lot is clreared from quality stock, you can not just cancel the GR. Use movement type 122 for GR cancellation if the stock is cleared from quality.

Dear Charan,

This can Happen due to multiple cases:

1) Check whether Invoicing of the GR Qty has happened or not. If inovicing has happened then you cannot cancel a GR doc. You will have to cancel the Invoice first and only then cancel the GR doc.

2) Check whether the GR doc is already cancelled.

You can goto the PO and check the PO History for both the cases.

Now this can be only be done using 102 movement which is reverse movement to GR 101.

This has to be done manually against a Purchase Order or Production Order.

But this will not be shown as cancellation document against 101 doc.

While reconciliation you have to take care to include this document.

Subsequently have you issued any qty from this stock. This error will happen only when full quantity (GR

Qty) is not available now.
