Problem in Output type

Hi All,

I am facing one problem with one of the Output type that i am using. Problem is when i select output through billing it is not giving me the printout for one state. If i use same output type with same billing type & product in another state i am getting the output.

I am not able to understand why this is happening.

please help me. ( i have checked output type determination & related stuff, also thier is no such routine due which will check the state in which billing is done & give print out.)

Dear,

please go to vf31 enter you billing document and select processsing mode 3 or 4 and execute. you can get the error based on that you can easily identify the problem. yo need to check the condition record for out put also and what basis record has been maintained.

which address output it is looking for

Hi,

Please check the condition record key combination.

I think you have maintained condition record for country wise in key combination or sales orgnaiton wise.

So based on the key combination, output record will be determined.

Please check the key combinatiom...
